In-person field operations (Sugar Land, TX and surrounding locales) Role Overview Join the field operations team at ReedMow as a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Technician. We are looking for motivated, detail-focused individuals to help us elevate premium residential landscapes. Core Duties Transit & Hauling:
Use your own dependable truck to securely transport commercial gear—including our 30-inch Toro TimeMaster and other handheld equipment—between residential properties.
Precision Turf Care:
Deliver flawlessly manicured yards through expert mowing, string trimming, and sharp edging techniques.
Horticultural Upkeep:
Execute seasonal landscape enhancements, including precise shrub trimming, weed eradication, flowerbed detailing, and mulch installation.
Soil Revitalization:
Facilitate optimal biological soil health via seasonal fertilizing applications, compost top-dressing, and mechanical core aeration.
Machinery Handling:
Confidently operate, troubleshoot, and maintain a fleet of outdoor power equipment, including heavy-duty mowers, edgers, and leaf blowers.
Daily Routing & Logistics:
Manage daily property checklists and coordinate service routes to uphold our rigorous efficiency standards. Applicant Qualifications Vehicle Requirement (Mandatory): You must own a reliable personal truck capable of handling the daily transportation of professional lawn care machinery.
Experience Level:
Previous background in groundskeeping or professional landscape maintenance is a major plus, though we will train individuals who possess an outstanding work ethic and eagerness to master our operational systems.
Mechanical Know-How:
Basic understanding of small engine upkeep and the safe operation of motorized outdoor tools. Attention to

Physical Endurance:
