Garden Team Lead Position Are you passionate about making outdoor and indoor spaces beautiful and ready to make a difference in your community? At Noonday, we're looking for a dedicated Garden Team Lead to join our mission of restoring natural spaces and lives. What You'll Do As our Garden Team Lead, you'll play a vital role in bringing our vision to life. Here's what your day-to-day might look like: Lead and inspire a team to complete outdoor gardening and landscaping projects. Take charge of hands-on, physical work in the Texas outdoors—this is no desk job! Use your artistic eye (if you have one!) to create beautiful, intentional spaces. Safely handle equipment and materials, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Drive to various work sites in Waco (own transportation to work and driver's license required). Help with designs of different projects in line with the Noonday Brand...unleash your inner creative!

If you can drive a trailer, that's a huge plus! What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who's not afraid of hard work and is ready to lead by example.

Here are the key qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in gardening or a related field. A love for the outdoors and the ability to work in the Texas heat. Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and stay active throughout the day. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work sites. Trailer-driving skills are a plus, but not required.
