Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an Experienced Landscaper/Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that outdoor spaces are well-maintained, aesthetically pleasing, and safe. This role involves performing various landscaping and maintenance tasks to uphold the high standards of our clients' properties. Experience with financial software is a plus, as some responsibilities may include invoicing and record-keeping related to maintenance projects. Duties Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, planting, fertilizing, and watering to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Maintain and repair irrigation systems, fences, and outdoor structures as needed Operate landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools efficiently and safely Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards Assist with seasonal clean-up projects such as leaf removal, snow removal, and planting Keep detailed records of work performed using relevant software tools; familiarity with financial software is advantageous Ensure all work complies with safety standards and environmental regulations Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to client specifications Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related field Ability to operate landscaping machinery and tools safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and outdoor maintenance techniques Familiarity with financial software for record-keeping or invoicing purposes is preferred Valid driver's license required; reliable transportation is a plus Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds as needed Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
