Grounds Person / Tree Care Ground Help Wanted

Job Summary Woodchuck Lawn and Tree LLC is looking to add a motivated Grounds Person to our growing team. This position is available immediately. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to work, and wants to be part of a company that is setting a different standard in the tree care industry. Experience with rope rigging, chainsaw use, dragging brush, chipping, and general tree work is very beneficial, but it is not required. We are happy to train the right person. This position includes regular Monday through Friday work, along with storm and emergency work when needed. Emergency work is paid at a slightly higher pay scale, but this also means you are on call and expected to come in during storms if and when needed. We also line up winter contracts to help keep our team working year-round, not just during the busy season.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation is an absolute must. Must be motivated, dependable, and willing to work hard. Must be able to work safely as part of a team. Must be willing to learn and follow direction. Tree work, rope rigging, and chainsaw experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay is based on experience, work ethic, and ability. We can offer great hourly pay or daily rates, allowing hard-working and safety-focused team members to earn strong pay.
