Job Description

Acumen Golf, locally managing three golf courses in the greater Chesterfield area, is seeking a Golf Course Maintenance Operator to join our team for the season. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Position Overview The Golf Course Maintenance Operator is responsible for maintaining course conditions to ensure an exceptional playing experience. This role involves operating landscaping and golf course maintenance equipment safely and efficiently. Qualifications Experience operating landscaping equipment required Experience with golf course-specific machinery preferred Candidates with golf course equipment experience will be considered at the higher end of the pay range Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Responsibilities Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other turf equipment Assist with course setup and daily maintenance Follow safety procedures and equipment guidelines Support overall course upkeep and presentation Schedule & Compensation Seasonal position Full-time and part-time hours available Competitive pay based on experience Interested candidates are encouraged to apply and become part of a team dedicated to maintaining premier playing conditions in the greater Chesterfield area.
