Job Description

Lewis Enterprises VA is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Grounds Crew and Landscapers. Whether you're looking for part-time or full-time work, we have flexible opportunities available. This role involves a variety of outdoor tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and general landscape maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Perform lawn care duties such as mowing, edging, and trimming Assist with landscape installations including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and workspaces Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team Ensure high-quality service for all residential and commercial clients
Qualifications:
Prior landscaping or lawn care experience is preferred but not required Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable transportation to job sites Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods Join us in creating beautiful outdoor environments that enhance the quality of life for our clients!
Pay:
$15.00 - $21.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
