Job Description
NOW HIRING - LANDSCAPING & MAINTENANCE
Madison Vines RV Resort & Cottages Madison Vines RV Resort & Cottages is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team in a year-round Landscaping & Maintenance position . This is a hands-on position with responsibilities that change throughout the seasons. We are looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, can work independently and as part of a team, and is willing to help wherever needed around the resort.SPRING, SUMMER & FALL
Mowing and weed eating Weeding and landscaping Mulching Trimming bushes, trees and landscaping General grounds maintenance Zero-turn mower experience is a plus Light maintenance and repairs Assisting with construction of our Haunted House Helping build and prepare activity projects and event areas Other general resort maintenance as needed WINTER Repairing and refinishing picnic tables Repairing/refinishing cottage deck furniture and tables Cutting, splitting and wrapping firewood using equipment provided on-site Snow removal Assisting guests with frozen pipes and other winter-related needs General property maintenance and repairs Assisting with activity and resort improvement projectsQUALIFICATIONS
Must have a valid driver's license Dependable and able to work with minimal supervision Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to perform physical, hands-on work Maintenance, landscaping and equipment experience preferredStarting Pay:
