Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a driver's license, good attitude, is reliable and knowledgeable, enjoys the outdoors, strong communication with team members and customers and has an eye for detail. Lawn maintenance experience preferred. Pesticide applicator license is a plus. Duties Perform regular lawn landscape maintenance, including mowing, edging, blowing leaves and winter pruning Operate power tools and hand tools effectively for various maintenance tasks. Assist with snow plowing and snow removal during winter months. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, trucks and equipment used in maintenance activities. Skills Proficient in landscape maintenance practices, including mowing and lawn care Experience with snow plowing techniques and equipment. Familiarity with operating both hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
