Overview Ensuring grounds are maintained to standard as assigned at Riverside Health System standards. Job assignments will include but not limited to: landscape installation, hand watering, mulching, hedge trimming, trash removal, leaf removal, weed removal both by hand and chemically, push mowing when needed, snow removal, flower plantings in beds, containers, and baskets. Must be knowledgeable of plant names and maintenance characteristics for the Mid-Atlantic region. What you will do Assists co-workers with the care of their customers; addresses customer's needs regardless of assignment. Assists others to complete tasks when necessary. Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of a work environment that reflects performance improvement and customer service program in accordance with our mission statement. Demonstrates ability to prioritize and accomplish assignments with accuracy and timeliness. Executes serviceswork plans to achieve the highest quality. Revises the daily service plan as appropriate to ensure the highest quality.
