About Us We are a well-established landscaping and hardscaping company serving the Norfolk area for over 45 years. Our team takes pride in delivering high-quality outdoor spaces and professional service. We are currently seeking a Landscape Crew Member to join our field team and support ongoing lawn maintenance and landscaping projects. This is a hands-on, physically active role for someone who enjoys outdoor work, values craftsmanship, and takes pride in attention to detail. Job Responsibilities Perform routine lawn mowing using walk-behind, push, and zero-turn mowers Edge along sidewalks, driveways, flower beds, and hardscape borders for clean, professional results Use blowers and hand tools to clear grass clippings, leaves, and debris from job sites Assist with seasonal services such as bed cleanups, mulch installation, pruning, and leaf removal Support landscape and hardscape installations, including patios, walkways, and garden features Load, move, and place materials such as mulch, soil, stone, and pavers (up to ~60 lbs) Inspect tools and equipment daily and report maintenance needs Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Communicate professionally with customers and team members Follow company safety standards and job procedures Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work at assigned job sites
