Groundskeeper & Apartment Turn Technician RiversEdge Student Apartments | Radford, VA $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Join the Kahuna Team! Kahuna Management is looking for a hardworking, dependable, and detail-oriented Groundskeeper & Apartment Turn Technician to help keep our community clean, safe, and move-in ready. If you take pride in your work, enjoy staying active, and want to be part of a team that values excellence, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do:
Keep the property clean and presentable Clean breezeways, stairwells, and common areas Pick up trash throughout the community Assist with apartment trash-outs Clean apartments to prepare for new residents Help with unit turns during the busy leasing season Report maintenance and safety concerns Support the maintenance and management teams as needed
What We're Looking For:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Attention to detail Previous cleaning, groundskeeping, janitorial, or apartment experience is a plus, but not required Why Work With Kahuna Management?
