Campground Maintenance Worker (Family-Friendly Environment) Seasonal May-October We are a welcoming, family-oriented campground seeking a dependable and respectful Maintenance Worker who takes pride in keeping a safe, clean, and positive environment for our guests. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys outdoor work, values community, and understands the importance of professionalism around families and children. Key Responsibilities Apply bug and weed control treatments around campsites and common areas Assist with repairs and upkeep of RV site connections (water, sewer, electrical) Perform basic troubleshooting for utility issues Occasional lawn care (mowing, trimming, edging) General property upkeep (trash removal, site cleanup, minor repairs) Regularly inspect grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness Assist guests or direct them to appropriate staff when needed Support seasonal projects and urgent maintenance tasks What We're Looking For Trustworthy, dependable, and respectful attitude Comfortable working around families and children Basic knowledge of maintenance (plumbing, electrical, or landscaping preferred) Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions Reliable transportation and punctuality required Schedule Part-time or full-time (seasonal flexibility) Some weekends and holidays required Pay & Perks $14 - $20/hour , based on experience Opportunities for raises based on performance Flexible scheduling Additional Information Employment may be contingent on a background check and reference verification Must be 18 years or older Must possess a valid drivers license with reliable transportation
