Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm Every 4th weekend on-call for inpatient coverage

Qualifications:

Valid Physical Therapy license in Virginia (or eligibility) Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelors required; Doctorate preferred) Active CPR certification Specialty certifications (e.g., OCS, SCS, NDT, Lymphedema, Women's Health) a plus Previous experience in outpatient or acute care preferred

Responsibilities:

Evaluate, plan, and implement comprehensive physical therapy interventions for patients across the continuum of care Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize functional outcomes Conduct assessments, set individualized goals, and monitor patient response to therapy Educate patients and families; participate in discharge planning and community fitness programs Maintain clinical documentation and assist with process improvement initiatives Engage in professional development and mentor peers or students as needed
