Responsibilities Perform lawn care activities including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to maintain healthy turf. Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, tree trimming, and shrub care to enhance visual appeal. Operate hand tools and power tools safely for various landscaping and construction projects. Support hardscape installations by preparing sites, laying pavers or stones, and assisting with concrete work. Conduct irrigation system checks and repairs to ensure optimal watering efficiency. Help with snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe. Maintain equipment and tools through routine cleaning and basic repairs to ensure safety and efficiency. Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools. Experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, landscape maintenance, or horticulture is preferred. Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or other landscaping machinery is a plus. Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning techniques. Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills in construction, hardscape, or irrigation systems. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to team goals.
