Landscape Laborer

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Landscaper / Grounds Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys working outdoors, and can maintain a professional appearance on residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities Perform weekly lawn mowing using commercial equipment Trimming, edging, and blowing to deliver a clean, finished look Mulch installation, bed maintenance, and seasonal cleanups Shrub and hedge trimming Light landscaping tasks (planting, weeding, minor property improvements) Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently Follow assigned routes and daily schedules Communicate professionally with clients and team members Maintain a clean work environment and company image Qualifications Experience in landscaping, lawn care, or grounds maintenance preferred Ability to operate commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and related equipment Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent weekly schedule Opportunities for overtime during peak season Growth opportunities within the company Supportive team environment Training for motivated candidates
