Overview Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Mower/Landscaper and bring outdoor spaces to life with your expertise and enthusiasm! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful lawns, gardens, and landscapes through precise mowing, trimming, planting, and landscape upkeep. Your skills will help create inviting outdoor environments that enhance property value and aesthetic appeal. This position offers an engaging work environment where your hands-on skills and passion for horticulture make a real difference every day. Duties Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools to maintain lawns and landscaped areas. Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, hedge trimming, and garden bed care. Use hand tools and machinery like excavators for landscaping projects involving hardscape installation or soil preparation. Perform seasonal snow plowing to keep outdoor spaces functional year-round. Assist with landscape construction projects such as installing pathways, retaining walls, or other hardscape features. Conduct routine maintenance of equipment to ensure safety and optimal performance. Requirements Proven experience with lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture practices. Mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and landscaping machinery including excavators. Strong understanding of landscape maintenance techniques such as mowing. Ability to operate construction equipment safely and efficiently. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to landscape upkeep and safety standards.
