Requires previous work experience as Estate Gardener/Horticulturist in custom estate landscape management. The Estate Gardener is responsible for all aspects of landscape and property maintenance. Requires the ability to focus on the coordination and performance of site-specific requirements and to collaborate and maintain excellent communications with clients/team in a proactive and receptive fashion with corresponding follow through. This work includes proactive inspections and management of technical services (including soil biology), subcontracted work and may include special projects and event planning, coordination and facilitation.
