Temp-to-Hire Our customer in Cowlitz County is looking for a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join their team. This position is ideal for someone with landscaping experience who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in delivering quality work. Job Duties Perform tree care services, including pruning, trimming, and tree removal. Complete landscape maintenance, including lawn care, mowing, edging, and general outdoor upkeep. Work safely and efficiently with team members to complete daily projects. Inspect, clean, and perform basic maintenance on equipment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures while working on job sites. Perform other general labor duties as assigned. Qualifications Verifiable landscaping experience is required. Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, standing, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
