Landscape Maintenance Technician

Job Description The Maintenance Technician will work under the supervision and direction of the Crew Lead. The Maintenance Technician will support the daily operations within the Landscape Maintenance Division with tasks such as Lawn Maintenance, Fall Cleanups, pruning, or other various tasks. What You'll Do Prep the truck in the morning for the maintenance crew you will be assigned Standard landscape maintenance tasks (Mowing, String Trim, Edge, Blow, Weed Control) Seasonally (Leaf Cleanups, Summer/Winter Pruning) Shop maintenance tasks (Sharpen Blades, Change Blades, Weekly Inspections) Full training will be provided with the eventual option to become Crew Lead. Who We're Looking For? 1 year landscape maintenance experience (Recommended) Ability to work in various weather conditions Ability to grow with and adopt our core values ( Collaboration, Dependability, Efficiency, Integrity, Craftsmanship, and Leadership ) Able to lift 50lbs, twist, reach, and walk long distances.
