Groundskeeper What you'll be doing As the Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and overall condition of assigned properties, with a strong focus on landscaping and exterior property care. This position will help to support our Mukilteo and Everett, WA locations. You will perform routine landscaping and cleaning, inspect the property for concerns, and identify and report damage, maintenance needs, or safety issues requiring additional attention. Maintain landscaping and overall curb appeal, including, mowing, edging, trimming shrubs, removing weeds and overgrowth, watering, blowing leaves and debris, and seasonal cleanup. Operate hedgers, trimmers, clippers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment. Clean and pressure wash exterior areas of the property, including walkways, buildings, doors, and other surfaces as needed. Inspect the property through the day for debris, litter, landscaping needs, property damage, safety concerns, and maintenance needs. Clean vacant storage units in partnership with the property team. Maintain grounds equipment in safe operating condition. Operate hedgers, trimmers, clippers, blowers, and hand and power spray equipment. Operate snow removal equipment, including a side-by-side with snow shovel and snow blower. Operate various small hand and power tools and other grounds maintenance equipment. Apply weed control, pest control, and/or de-ice as directed. Paint cubs, bollards, doors, or other surfaces as needed to maintain property appearance.. Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times. Other duties as assigned. Education and Qualifications High school diploma/GED. Groundskeeping, janitorial experience, or related experience preferred. Ability to use landscaping equipment and related tools (e.g., rake, shovel, power washer). Ability to work in all weather conditions and tolerate exposure to dust and dirt.- cold weather and heat.
