Maintenance/Landscaper

Company Overview Locally owned property management company is seeking a reliable maintenance technician to help with move out turnover. The position will be full time beginning to mid-May to about mid-July. For the right candidate, the position may continue to permanent part time. We provide a fun and friendly work environment and a competitive wage. The ideal candidate will be responsible, previous maintenance experience preferred, but not required, and will be able to commit to an agreed upon schedule. Responsibilities Assist in apartment turnover work. Including but not limited to spackling, and painting drywall damage. Installing/testing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Clearing drains, cleaning out heaters, exhaust fans, and light fixtures. Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and irrigation. Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Assist in snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping projects efficiently. Requirements

• Reliable transportation, with the ability to haul lawn mowers, etc.
