Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate master data for electronic and non-electronic components, ensuring correct part associations and data integrity. Communicate directly with manufacturers and vendors to obtain missing or incomplete component data, including compliance and environmental information. Collect, validate, and maintain regulatory and sustainability compliance data for PCB and non-PCB components. Verify that all collected data is correctly matched to the appropriate part numbers, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain and update reports, data records, and supporting technical documentation related to component data and compliance. Prepare and track metrics related to data completeness, accuracy, and compliance status. Identify data gaps and work proactively with internal teams and external partners to resolve inconsistencies. Update and improve processes and procedures to support efficient data collection and data quality. Communicate information clearly and concisely across cross-functional teams. Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing principles. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Related associate degree or equivalent experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data organization, validation, analysis) Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high data accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective written and verbal communication skills, including working with external vendors Ability to manage multiple data requests and follow through to completion Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment Ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly Preferred Qualifications Experience working with component data, BOMs, or engineering systems Familiarity with regulatory or environmental compliance requirements Experience with databases (SQL, Access, or similar tools) Basic scripting or data automation skills (e.g., Python, Power Query)

We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job and responsibility.
