• Join a family-owned company and help maintain commercial properties near SEATAC Airport. This hands-on role combines landscaping, groundskeeping, and basic maintenance work in a stable, outdoor environment.

• What You'll Do:

• + Maintain grounds, landscaping, and outdoor areas + Pick up trash and keep properties clean and safe + Perform basic repairs, painting, and maintenance tasks + Use hand and power tools + Drive a work cart between nearby buildings + Support property upkeep and special projects

• What We're Looking For:

• + 1+ year of groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance experience + Experience with basic repairs and hand tools + Valid Driver's License + Reliable and self-motivated + Comfortable working outdoors

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $47840.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Benefits not provided, hence the $2/hr differential on top of the $23 hourly pay
