We create everything from intimate balcony gardens to large multifunctional outdoor spaces. We are a small company and we value kindness and respect. Responsibilities We're looking for a part-time Landscape Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of a wide range of landscape and garden elements. The ideal candidate will have both experience in hardscape construction and some knowledge of garden care and maintenance. This position requires work outdoors in all weather conditions and the ability to lift heavy objects. We are looking for someone detail-oriented and enthusiastic about creating beautiful outdoor spaces for our customers. You'll work alongside our team of professionals to: Install a variety of hardscape features, including patios, pathways, retaining walls, and rockery Build fences, gates, decks, railings, etc. Operate power tools such as masonry saws, drills, and landscaping equipment Lay stone, pavers, decorative gravel, and other hardscape materials according to design specifications Install plants ranging in size from large trees to small 4" groundcovers Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to safety protocols and best practices Qualifications Valid work-permit, green-card, or citizenship Conversational English Valid driver's license and insurance, and vehicle to get to/from work Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hardscaping, construction, landscaping, or equivalent education and experience. Carpentry experience a plus. Pay depending on experience Flexibility and willingness to perform many different kinds of work and learn new skills Working knowledge of hardscape materials and installation techniques Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work Honesty, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to repeatedly lift and carry heavy objects Experience reading and interpreting landscape plans a plus Experience with low-voltage lighting, irrigation systems, water features, or metal fabrication are highly desired and higher compensation possible for these skills Benefits Competitive salary; starting wage DOE Paid time off Flexible work schedule Positive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for growth and development within the company Potential for conversion to a full-time position with a successful track record Additional Info References required 90-day probationary period Must wear appropriate outdoor workwear and appear neat and well-groomed at the beginning of each workday
