This energetic position involves performing a variety of groundskeeping, landscaping, and maintenance tasks to ensure our properties are safe, vibrant, and inviting. You will work outdoors in all weather conditions, applying your skills in landscape care, equipment operation, and plant management to deliver exceptional results. Duties Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing hardscape features such as pathways and retaining walls Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, pruning trees, and edging beds to keep outdoor spaces tidy and healthy Operate grounds maintenance equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, power tools, irrigation systems, and snow plowing machinery safely and efficiently Identify various plants and pests; apply appropriate pesticide management techniques following safety protocols Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or clogs and making necessary adjustments to ensure proper watering schedules Support seasonal tasks such as snow removal or seasonal planting to keep properties attractive year-round Follow all safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members Requirements Prior outdoor work experience preferred; familiarity with landscaping or grounds maintenance is a plus Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools required for safe operation and troubleshooting Ability to identify common plants, trees, pests, and understand basic horticulture principles Knowledge of pesticide management practices and safety protocols essential for responsible application Strong understanding of landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, lawn care, tree care, gardening, hardscape installation, and snow plowing Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Excellent physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, digging, bending, standing for extended periods and performing manual labor tasks Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into stunning landscapes!
