In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful lawns, gardens, and landscapes through precise mowing, planting, pruning, and landscape upkeep. Responsibilities Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, hedge cutters, and other grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, edging, mulching, and fertilizing Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and gardens Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure proper care and health management Apply pesticides or herbicides following safety protocols to control pests and weeds Assist with snow plowing and hardscape maintenance during seasonal changes Follow safety procedures consistently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with groundskeeping or landscaping tasks Mechanical knowledge of power tools and landscaping equipment operation Strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices including mowing, gardening, tree care, and lawn care Ability to identify plants and troubleshoot irrigation or horticultural issues Knowledge of pesticide management and safety protocol adherence Familiarity with hardscape features such as pathways or patios is a plus Excellent physical stamina for lifting, bending, digging, and operating equipment over extended periods This role is ideal for motivated individuals who are passionate about outdoor environments and eager to develop their skills in landscape maintenance.
