This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience growing cannabis who understands plant health, growing techniques, and day to day responsibilities of maintaining a thriving garden Applicants should have real growing and cultivation experience and be comfortable working around plants throughout every stage of growth. Attention to detail, cleanliness, and the ability to recognize and address plant issues before they become problematic is essential.
What We're Looking For:

- Experience cleaning up & defanning plants
- Reliable, detail-oriented, able to work efficiently with deadlines
