Job Description

Landscape Laborer /
Crew Member Pay:
$21-$26 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Service Area:
Vancouver, Camas & Portland Metro Area We are a professional, growing landscaping company looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our crew. We need someone who is a self-starter, shows up on time, takes pride in their work, and can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Lawn mowing and landscape maintenance Weeding, edging, and property cleanups Mulch and bark dust installation Shrub and small tree trimming Debris cleanup and hauling Operating landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Providing quality workmanship and professional customer service
Requirements:
Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to travel to job sites throughout Vancouver, Camas, and the Portland metro area Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical outdoor work Strong work ethic and positive attitude Landscaping experience preferred but willing to train the right person

Compensation:
