Seasonal Estate Groundskeeper

Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to manage the lawn and landscape maintenance for a single residential property. This is a seasonal, part-time position perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping a property looking its absolute best. We are looking for someone who can work closely with the homeowner to build the garden to their liking as well as maintaining it for the season. Guaranteed work at a single, quiet location (no hopping between job sites). Paid Bi-Weekly at $15-20 per Hour. (Depending on Experience) Could be 5-6 hours per day (depending on tasks). Duties Working with the homeowner to build their garden and bring it to life. Clearing debris from hardscapes (porches, patios, and driveway). Precise trimming, weeding, and pruning of plants. Removing and planting new garden materials. Clearing fallen branches or leaves to maintain manicured appearance. Skills Proven experience with landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening or horticulture practices Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely while maintaining efficiency Ability to show up consistently and communicate via phone. Strong understanding of horticultural principles to support plant health and growth Knowledge of different plant types and care. Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions Attention to detail in performing routine maintenance tasks with precision Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions accurately This position offers an engaging environment where your outdoor skills will flourish.
