Landscape Laborer

Overview Join our dynamic landscape maintenance team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. Duties Assist with landscape installation projects, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, and installing hardscape features such as patios and walkways Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and overseeding to ensure healthy and vibrant turf Maintain landscape features through pruning, tree trimming, mulching, and irrigation system installation or repair Operate hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools (trimmers, blowers, saws) safely and efficiently Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients Conduct routine landscape maintenance tasks to uphold the aesthetic standards of client properties Assist with equipment maintenance and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance of landscaping tools and machinery Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance or gardening preferred but not required; training provided for motivated learners Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions; stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and operating equipment throughout the day Knowledge of horticulture principles or tree care techniques is a plus Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures when handling equipment such as excavators or irrigation systems Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping, hardscape installation, snow plowing, or tree care Valid driver's license preferred for operating company vehicles or equipment transport Embark on a rewarding career where your hands-on skills make a tangible difference!
