Job Summary Dorn's Treescaping is currently hiring motivated Groundsman Crew Members to join our team! This is a hands-on, outdoor position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a hardworking crew.

What You'll Do:

Assist with tree removal and trimming operations Load and move logs, branches, and debris Operate wood chippers and assist with chainsaw work Perform raking, cleanup, and general job site maintenance Support climbers and crew leaders to ensure safe, efficient work

What We're Looking For:

No experience required - we're willing to train the right person Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Team player with a positive attitude Valid driver's license required

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday (typically) Enjoy long weekends with Fridays off most weeks
