This energetic position involves assisting with various landscaping projects, including lawn care, landscape maintenance, and hardscape installation. You will work outdoors in all weather conditions, applying your hands-on skills to ensure our clients' landscapes are vibrant, healthy, and visually appealing. Whether you're trimming trees, operating power tools, or laying hardscape features, your contributions will help transform outdoor environments into stunning, functional spaces. Responsibilities Perform lawn care duties such as mowing, edging, aerating, and fertilizing to keep lawns healthy and attractive Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, tree trimming, and shrubbery care Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging, planting, and installing landscape features Use machinery such as excavators for site preparation or hardscape installation under supervision Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure proper watering Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe Help with the installation of hardscape elements like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures Conduct gardening activities including soil preparation and pest management to promote plant health Assist with tree care activities such as planting new trees or removing hazardous limbs safely Follow safety protocols consistently while working with construction equipment and landscaping tools Experience Prior experience in landscaping or gardening is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices is a plus Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators enhances your effectiveness on the job Mechanical knowledge related to equipment operation and maintenance is beneficial Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to safety standards Join us to develop your skills in horticulture, landscaping, construction, and tree care while contributing to beautiful outdoor projects.
