Campground Worker - Store and Activities

Glacier Valley Campground is growing. We are looking for new team members to join us for the 2026 season. You don't need to have experience at a campground, just be willing to learn. While the position will work many weekends, we are committed to ensuring

EVERYONE

gets time off to take care of themselves. This position is where the fun happens! Lead crafts and other activities, coordinate games, help the bands get set up, and help out in the store! The position is part time, but we have opportunities for additional hours up to full time

Responsibilities:

Execute various aspects of campground store operations, including guest services, reservations, leading activities and daily housekeeping Lead weekly crafts Assist with coordination of events

• games (Cornhole tournaments, Yard Olympics), bands, fundraisers.

Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests; handle inquiries, complaints and requests promptly and professionally Participate in weekly upkeep and maintenance of store and kitchen equipment. Set up for the weekly activities; assist when applicable Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Willingness to learn Able to execute repeated tasks to same level in an ongoing fashion Communication and customer service mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiar with basic computer applications and/or willing to learn Available to work weekends and holidays from April to October (potential flexible start and end dates for students where required) Helpful but not required: Close store; able to count and reconcile daily drawers, counting cash and matching receipts Knowledge of campground regulations, safety standards, and hospitality industry trends Previous experience in campground management, hospitality, or a related field Reach out to us
