Job Description
At the Landmark Resort, our outdoor spaces are just as much a part of the guest experience as anything happening inside. From manicured lawns in the summer to cleared walkways in the dead of a Door County winter — our grounds team keeps the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming 365 days a year. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Grounds Maintenance team member who takes pride in the property they care for. What You'll Bring to the Role Prior experience in lawn care, grounds maintenance, or a related outdoor role preferred Comfort operating standard grounds equipment including mowers, blowers, and snow removal machinery A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently across a large resort property Willingness to work in all weather conditions — this is a year-round role, Wisconsin winters included A detail-oriented eye for keeping the property looking its best at all times A guest-aware mindset Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift throughout an outdoor shift Ability to work weekends Here's What We Bring to the Role Competitive hourly wages A supportive team that takes care of the people who take care of the property Opportunities for growth and advancement within the resort Sound Like You?
