Duties Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools to perform mowing, edging, trimming, and debris removal efficiently Assist with landscape installation projects including planting, mulching, hardscape setup, and garden bed preparation Maintain and repair landscaping equipment such as excavators, hand tools, and irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and safety across various outdoor spaces Support snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access for clients and staff Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks including watering, fertilizing, aeration, and soil preparation Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety standards and client specifications Experience Basic mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools is preferred but not required; training will be provided Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is a plus but eager learners are welcome Familiarity with tree care techniques such as trimming and pruning enhances your versatility on the team Knowledge of irrigation systems, hardscape installation, or horticulture practices is beneficial for growth within the role Ability to operate construction machinery like excavators or snow plows is advantageous but not mandatory Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; willingness to learn new skills in landscaping and outdoor maintenance Physical stamina to perform manual tasks outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes!
