The Grounds Light Maintenance Specialist works as part of a team with the other maintenance Specialists and Property Management employees in maintaining the physial integrity of our apartment community. The ideal candidate will have or exhibit:
  • HS diploma/GED preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in apartment related grounds maintenance; 2 years is preferred.
  • Obtainment of pool certification within 6 months of employment desired.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of applicable housing laws preferred.
  • Hours are 40 per week, Monday
  • Friday.
  • A valid drivers license & clean driving record is a must.
