Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Lawn Care Team Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate would be passionate about maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces and possess a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a crew performing lawn care services such as mowing, trimming, edging, de thatching and clean-ups Operate and maintain equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Train new team members on proper techniques and safety procedures Schedule and prioritize daily tasks based on job requirements Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met Communicate with customers regarding services, concerns, or special requests Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies Troubleshoot equipment issues and report maintenance needs Track time, materials, and job progress for reporting purposes Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns to specified heights and standards- Operate and maintain a variety of lawn care equipment, including but not limited to:
- Zero Turns and Walk-behind Mowers
- Trimmers/weed eaters
- Edgers
- Blowers Driver's license and clean driving record required Seeking candidates with minimal 3 yrs Experience, willing train right candidates.
