Overview Join our dynamic lawn care team as a Lawn Care Crew Member and be a vital part of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, healthy landscapes! In this energetic role, you'll engage in a variety of landscaping and maintenance tasks that keep properties vibrant and inviting. Whether you're mowing lawns, or operating power tools, your hands-on work will directly impact the satisfaction of our clients and the beauty of their environments. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscape maintenance while working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and general turf care to ensure lush, healthy grass. Operate hand tools such as pruners, shovels, rakes, and blowers to maintain landscape cleanliness and aesthetics. Use power tools including trimmers, lawn mowers, and blowers for landscapes. Assist with landscape maintenance tasks like planting, mulching, pruning trees, and shrubbery care. Conduct possible snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients. Maintain equipment through routine inspections and basic mechanical knowledge to ensure safety and efficiency. Qualifications Prior experience or familiarity with lawn care, landscaping, or gardening is preferred but not required. Mechanical knowledge or experience operating power tools and small machinery is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures when handling tools and equipment. Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude to contribute effectively within a crew environment. Basic understanding of horticulture principles or landscape maintenance techniques is advantageous.
