Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader / Foreman to lead a small team to deliver top quality turf care and property upkeep for local residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will drive efficient project execution, uphold safety standards, and deliver exceptional outdoor environments for our clients.

Key Responsibilities Lead Crew:

Train and direct crew members daily.

Perform Work:

Operate vehicles with trailers, commercial zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers.

Quality Control:

Ensure properties look clean and meet safety rules.

Client Care:

Talk with clients on-site and report issues to the business owner.

Daily Reports:

Track hours, material use, and truck safety checks. Winter work available for qualified person.

Qualifications Experience:

1-2 years of commercial and residential lawn care experience.

Leadership:

Past experience leading a small team preferred.

License:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
