This position involves a variety of outdoor maintenance and landscaping tasks, requiring both physical endurance and basic mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Operate commercial lawn equipment, including zero-turn (Skag) mowers and weed whackers Perform trimming, edging, and general lawn maintenance Carry and use equipment such as weed whackers (20+ lbs) for extended periods Assist with landscaping projects, including laying mulch and maintaining garden beds Load, unload, and transport materials such as mulch, tools, and equipment Drive and safely back up a truck and trailer Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on mowers, trimmers, and other equipment Interact professionally with clients and represent the company in a positive manner Complete a variety of outdoor service tasks as needed

Requirements:

Experience operating commercial mowing equipment (Skag mower experience preferred) Ability to lift and carry 20+ pounds regularly Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn equipment maintenance Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Valid driver's license required Must be at least 18 years old
