In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful landscapes, ensuring healthy lawns, and creating inviting outdoor environments. Responsibilities Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilization to keep grass healthy and attractive Maintain landscape features including flower beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements such as pathways and patios Identify and manage plant health issues through proper pruning, pest control, and plant identification techniques Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as tractor / mowers safely and efficiently Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including planting, watering, mulching, and seasonal clean-up activities like snow plowing when necessary Assist with tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and removal using appropriate equipment and techniques Support construction projects involving softscape installation or landscape redesigns. Requirements Demonstrated mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and hand tools Experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture preferred Familiarity with irrigation systems installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance Prior experience operating equipment such as mowers, snow plows, tractors or other construction machinery is a plus Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols and work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid drivers license with good driving record Experience pulling trailers Join us to cultivate stunning landscapes while honing your skills in lawn care, tree trimming, softscape installation, and more!
