  • Crew Member job offering. The position has 2 main responsibilities: 1) Leading your Crew to Provide High Quality Mowing, Trimming and Backpack Blowing at Residential and Commercial Properties 2) Leading your Crew to keep the Landscape Beds Weed-Free on many of our clients properties by spraying and pulling weeds at the same locations each week. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead an ensure efficiency and quality on a 2 man crew which involves mowing, trimming, backpack blowing, pulling/spraying weeds
  • Ensure all equipment and tools needed to complete each mowing and landscape maintenance task are at jobsites and not left at jobsites
  • Possess basic plant knowledge which allows you to know the difference between a weed and a desirable plant in landscape beds
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting when needed
  • Operate and teach others how to operate trucks, trailers, zero turn mowers, trimmers, backpack blowers, sprayers, etc.
