Job Description

Seasonal Grounds Crew Member Racine Country Club | Now-November Are you looking for a seasonal job where you can work outdoors, be part of a great team, and see the results of your effort every day? Racine Country Club is hiring Seasonal Grounds Crew Members to join our team through November! This is a perfect opportunity for motivated and dependable individuals who enjoy physical work and want to be part of maintaining one of the area's most beautiful and well-kept golf courses. What You'll Do As a Seasonal Grounds Crew Member, you'll be a key part of keeping our course in top shape.
Your responsibilities will include:
Mowing, edging, and trimming fairways, greens, roughs, and tee boxes. Operating and maintaining a variety of groundskeeping equipment (mowers, trimmers, utility vehicles). Raking bunkers, repairing divots, and aerating greens. Helping with irrigation maintenance and special landscaping projects. Assisting in tournament setups and course enhancements. Keeping the course clean and presentable for members and guests. Following all safety procedures to ensure a safe, productive work environment. Who We're Looking For You'll be a great fit if you: Are at least 18 years old. Can reliably work early mornings 5:00 AM start Monday- Friday and Saturday OR Sunday 5a-8a. Enjoy physical work and being outdoors in all weather conditions. Have a strong work ethic, are reliable, and show up on time. Can lift heavy objects and operate maintenance equipment. Work well with others and bring a positive attitude every day. Have landscaping or groundskeeping experience (a plus, but not required). Have a basic understanding of golf course operations (also a plus).
What We Offer Pay :
$16-$23/hour, based on experience.
