Schönheit Gardens Landscaping is a full-service landscaping company and a seasonal retail Garden Center is located in the town of Sun Prairie, WI, just 3 miles outside of the City of Madison. We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our growing team of landscape professionals. We are known for our unique designs, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service creating very beautiful gardens.

Landscape Crew Member Reports to:

Field Manager Type of Position (Full-time/Part-time): Full-time Approximately March - December.

Description of Position:

Landscape Crew Members work in a team environment to complete successful installations of softscape installation projects such as annual and perennial bed plantings, tree installations, and edging. Qualified applicants will have a desire to create inspired outdoor living spaces for our clients, will value teamwork, and will have a positive and upbeat attitude.

Necessary Skills/Qualifications:

Must be able to endure repetitive bending and twisting motions. Must be able to lift more than 40 pounds. Must be able to properly and efficiently complete necessary job site and company paperwork. Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers. Must possess a valid Wisconsin driver's license and good driving record. Must be available for overtime hours as needed throughout the season. Must be at least 18 years of age

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

Work experience is preferred, but we will train motivated and qualified individuals. Basic plant identification and care knowledge. Experience in the safe operation and maintenance of assigned equipment. In addition, all successful applicants must demonstrate the ability to be self-starting and work cooperatively and efficiently in a team environment and must share a commitment to the highest standards in customer service, quality, and professionalism.

Wage Range:

$17.00-$20.00 per hour based on experience.
