Lawncare and Landscape Technician

A grade above the rest in communication and craftsmanship. A+ Lawn Care is hiring reliable, experienced team members for a dual-role position that combines lawn maintenance, landscaping, and concrete curb edging installation. This is not a basic mowing job. We're looking for well-rounded technicians who can move efficiently, take direction, and produce clean, professional results across multiple types of work. What You'll Be Doing:

Lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, seasonal cleanups/pruning) Landscape rock, mulch and plantings install Concrete curb edging installation (we train on this) Operating equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently Keeping jobs clean, organized, and moving on schedule

What We're Looking For:

Experience in lawn care and/or landscaping (required) Ability to work at a steady, efficient pace without constant supervision Strong attention to detail•details matter to us! Dependable, on time, and ready to work Positive attitude and team mindset Willingness to learn and take on multiple types of work

This Role Is NOT For:

People who need to be told what to do all day Slow workers, can't keep at the crews pace or wants to cut corner-cutters

Pay:

$24•28/hr depending on experience and work ethic
