Overview Join our team as an Asphalt Plant Groundman and be a vital part of producing high-quality asphalt for construction projects. In this energetic role, you will assist with the daily operations of the asphalt plant, ensuring safety, efficiency, and precision in all tasks. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop hands-on skills in heavy equipment operation, plant maintenance, and materials handling within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your proactive attitude and mechanical aptitude will contribute to smooth plant operations and successful project outcomes. Job Responsibilities/ Requirements Grease bearings and perform routine lubrication of plant equipment. Inspect, maintain, and service gearboxes. Clean and maintain conveyor belts to ensure efficient operation. Perform general plant housekeeping, including shoveling around equipment and work areas. Operate a skid steer safely and efficiently.
