Property Clean-Out Crew Douglas, WY

Job Description We are seeking individuals to assist with a residential property clean-out project in Douglas. The work involves removing unwanted items, general interior cleanup, and preparing the property for its next use. This is physical, hands-on work that requires efficiency and reliability. Responsibilities Remove furniture, debris, and miscellaneous household items Load materials into trucks or dumpsters Perform basic cleaning (sweeping, clearing surfaces) Work collaboratively to complete the job within a set timeframe Requirements Reliable and punctual Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly Comfortable performing physical labor Transportation to and from the job site Prior experience in moving, construction, or cleanup is preferred Preferred Qualifications Access to a truck or trailer Ability to bring additional crew members Experience with residential clean-outs or similar work Pay and Schedule Same-day or next-day payment available Work is project-based with potential for additional jobs

Pay:

$125.00 - $175.00 per day
