In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through a variety of landscaping, gardening, and groundskeeping tasks. Your expertise will help create beautiful, functional environments that meet client expectations and uphold safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize a range of tools and machinery, and contribute to the transformation of landscapes into vibrant, inviting spaces. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor areas Operate hand tools, power tools, lawn care equipment, and heavy machinery such as excavators with precision and safety awareness Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote tree health and safety Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering and water conservation Execute hardscape projects including the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures using appropriate tools and techniques Carry out snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients Assist with horticulture tasks such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees while adhering to best practices in gardening Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks like fertilizing, aerating, and pest control to sustain healthy landscapes Support construction projects related to landscape design or renovation by preparing sites and assisting with installation activities Maintain equipment through regular cleaning, inspection, and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance Experience Prior experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment, power tools, or construction machinery is highly advantageous Familiarity with lawn care techniques including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and pest management Knowledge of tree care practices such as trimming, pruning, planting, and disease management Hands-on experience with hardscape installation or irrigation system setup is a plus Ability to operate excavators or other heavy machinery safely is desirable but not required; training will be available if needed Strong understanding of horticulture principles and landscaping best practices Join us in creating stunning outdoor environments!
