Drive to various locations safely and efficiently to complete scheduled inspections and follow-up visits. Document findings clearly and accurately through reports and photographs, highlighting areas needing attention or improvement. Communicate inspection results effectively to homeowners, offering recommendations for pest management, lawn care, or other services. Collaborate with sales teams to support the promotion of home improvement solutions based on inspection outcomes. Skills Proven experience in sales or customer service with a positive, energetic approach. Knowledge of pest control techniques, lawn care practices, landscaping principles, farming methods, or agriculture is highly desirable. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery safely and efficiently. Strong driving skills with a valid license; comfortable navigating different neighborhoods and terrains. Familiarity with land assessment procedures and outdoor maintenance equipment. Excellent communication skills to explain technical information clearly and motivate clients toward solutions.
