The team is known for its quality craftsmanship, reliable service, and a strong sense of camaraderie. As a Spray Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the health and appearance of clients lawns and landscapes by applying fertilizers, herbicides, and pest control treatments. This position offers the opportunity to work independently, manage your own route, and become a trusted expert for customers seeking vibrant, well-maintained properties. Responsibilities Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other treatments to residential and commercial properties Identify turf and plant issues such as weeds, diseases, insects, and nutrient deficiencies Calibrate, operate, and maintain spray equipment, including ride-on and backpack sprayers Maintain accurate application records in compliance with state regulations Drive a company vehicle to job sites safely and punctually each day Communicate professionally with customers and answer basic questions about treatments Qualifications Valid drivers license Arizona Pesticide Applicator License, or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire At least 1 year of experience in lawn care, turf management, or pest control preferred Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Pesticide license reimbursement Year-round work Experience and License Requirements Arizona Pesticide Applicator License (optional) Lawn care (optional) Pest control (optional)
